The element dances are self-awareness of the five basic elements of nature (energy, elements) – Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether/Space, an individual growth process, meditation in dance, free movement, surrendering to feelings, listening to the body, being true to oneself and reaching the deepest in the understanding of one’s ESSENCE. The skills to be aware of, balance and manage the elements on a daily basis help to be healthy, creative, in harmony with yourself, and make better use of the opportunities provided in life.
